Lyrics: Richard and Ann Schenk
College settled by the sea,
I chose you and you chose me.
Sparkling waters, flow'ring trees,
Home of beauty and of peace.
Hearts united, standing tall, a century in all.
Refrain:
Sing of history, honor, loyalty.
With the past to teach, the future speaks to all that we can be.
Connecticut College, wisdom's home,
Our community has grown.
Forging every friendship bond:
Field, classroom and beyond.
Your strong hand is clasping mine and reaching to the world.
Refrain:
Sing of history, honor, loyalty.
With the past to teach, the future speaks to all that we can be.
Nourish us our home on high,
Bord'ring arbor, open sky.
Stately oaks and lawns reside,
Your legacy stands by our side.
Remember classmates, teachers true together white and blue.
Refrain:
Sing of history, honor, loyalty.
With the past to teach, the future speaks to all that we can be.
