The Residential Life Student Staff positions are of great importance for the our office as they are the face and voice of the department. As such, all Residential Life Staff members must be committed to the mission of the office, which is to foster and inspire strong, inclusive communities; encourage and support students in their academic, social, and personal growth; help students develop skills to succeed in a diverse, global society; and promote the appreciation of diversity.

Spring Timeline for 2024-2025 student stafff:
- January 31 and January 6 at 7pm: Student Staff Info Night at Cro's Nest. Come learn more about the position before you apply!
- late January: Application will be sent via email to all current students
- Mid/Late February: Applicant Interviews
- Selected Candidates will receive an invitation to select an interview time.
- Mid/March: Offer Letters Sent
