Your career adviser will work with you to create a personalized action plan, provide you with job-search assistance, help you access the advice and support of our network of more than 25,000 alumni, guide you through on- and off-campus recruiting opportunities, and advise you on fellowship, graduate school and professional school applications.
Conn alumni go places. One year after graduation, 95 percent of alumni are employed or in graduate school. About 90 percent say that Conn's award-winning four-year career program helped them launch their careers in fields ranging from government to the arts to medicine to journalism.

The Hale Center for Career Development has shown me how I can highlight valuable transferable skills that I sometimes am not even aware that I am demonstrating, whether it be in the classroom, at practice, or in an internship and then how to relay these relevant skills to employers.

Breaks - Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4 pm ET
Handshake is the centralized resource for events and activities and is where appointments with Career Advisers and Career Fellows can be made. During the academic year, Career Fellows may be available for appointments outside of the 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m. timeframe. Employer events may also be held outside of standard office hours.
