The figures are the most recent figures available on the diversity of Connecticut College's students, faculty members, and staff members. Student numbers are drawn from the annual Fall Enrollment survey that we submit annually to the federal Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS), using federally mandated race/ethnicity categories. The faculty numbers are drawn from the Office of Institutional Research’s annual faculty list, prepared according to Common Data Set guidelines on how to prepare these counts. Staff numbers are drawn from the biennial IPEDS Human Resources survey, which requests staff data by race/ethnicity and gender every other year.
